Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Launchreel to upload, create, or distribute content that:

• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Includes photos, screenshots, logos, or other media you don't own or have permission to use
• Falsely implies endorsement or affiliation with Apple, Google, or any other platform or brand
• Alters official App Store or Google Play badges, or uses them outside the platforms' current marketing guidelines
• Includes identifiable people, children, or private/sensitive locations without the necessary consent
• Is defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, or makes false claims about a person, product, or competitor
• Violates any applicable law

Uploader responsibility

Before rendering, every project requires confirmation that the uploader owns or has permission to use all uploaded materials. This confirmation is timestamped and logged against a policy version.

Enforcement

We may remove content, disable a project, or block future access for violations of this policy, using reasonable technical means since Launchreel does not require an account. See our Copyright / DMCA Policy for how to report infringing content.
