This is general product information, not legal advice. Have these terms reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on them for a live, paying product. By using Launchreel (a Driftline Labs product), you agree to the terms below.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, temporary license to host, process, reproduce, and convert your content only as necessary to create and deliver your requested video, operate the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

You are responsible for obtaining all permissions, releases, licenses, and consents required for your content and its intended use.

Upload rights confirmation

Before rendering a video, you must confirm:

I confirm that I own or have permission to use all images, logos, screenshots, audio, trademarks, and other materials I upload, and that my video will not violate another person's rights, privacy, or applicable law.

Prohibited uses

• Uploading content you don't own or have permission to use
• Implying endorsement by Apple, Google, or any platform where none exists
• Altering official App Store or Google Play badges, or using them outside the platforms' current marketing guidelines
• Creating defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Attempting to circumvent payment, storage, or abuse-prevention controls

Payments

Video export is paid on a one-time basis via Stripe. Clean, watermark-free exports are unlocked only after payment is confirmed. See our Refund Policy.

No account, temporary storage

Launchreel does not require an account. Access to a project is controlled by an unguessable project token. Files are automatically deleted per the retention windows described in our Privacy Policy.

Repeat infringer policy

Because Launchreel does not require accounts, we enforce repeat-infringement blocking using reasonable technical means — including IP address, device/session token, or payment instrument — subject to applicable law and the circumstances of each case.

Disclaimer and liability

Launchreel is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that output videos meet any particular platform's technical requirements, including Apple App Store Preview or Google Play promotional video specifications, unless explicitly stated for a given export option.
