Privacy Policy

This policy is general product information, not legal advice, and describes how Launchreel (a Driftline Labs product) handles your information. Have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on it for a live, paying product.

What we collect

• The screenshots, logo, and text (app name, tagline, captions, CTA, store URLs) you upload or enter to build a video
• Basic technical logs: IP address, device/session token, timestamps, and error logs used for security and abuse prevention
• Payment identifiers from Stripe (checkout session ID, payment intent ID) and, if you provide one, a receipt email — we do not store full card numbers; Stripe processes payment details directly

What we don't do

• We do not require an account or login to use Launchreel
• We do not use your uploaded files to train AI models
• We do not publish, share, or make your projects publicly viewable or searchable
• We do not sell your data

Storage, security, and processors

Uploaded files and rendered videos are stored in a private object storage bucket, accessed only through short-lived signed URLs. We use Stripe to process payments and Cloudflare R2 for file storage; these processors receive only the information necessary to perform their function.

Retention and deletion

Unpaid projects and their files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Paid projects and their files are automatically deleted after 72 hours. These windows are enforced by an automated cleanup process, not just stated policy.

Your rights

You retain ownership of your uploaded content at all times — see our Terms of Service for the limited license you grant us to process it. To request early deletion of a project or ask a question about your data, contact us at contact@driftlinelabs.net.
