Refund Policy

Because you can preview your full video, watermarked, before paying, purchases are generally final. We'll issue a refund if:

• Your clean HD export failed to render and we were unable to fix and deliver it within a reasonable time
• You were charged more than once for the same project due to a technical error
• The delivered file was materially different from the watermarked preview you approved

How to request one

Email contact@driftlinelabs.net with your project link (or Stripe receipt) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
